Our annual Panckaes with Santa fundraiser was again a great success!  Everyone enjoyed a short stack for a tall cause. The $5 all you can eat pancake breakfast raised critial funds for Mid Valley Mentors’ youth mentoring program.   Salem’s Santa joined us for the morning to take pictures with the kids, listen to their wish lists and made sure that they all got on his nice list this year. 

The South Salem Applebee’s generously donated its restaurant, chef and food to make this fundraiser possible, a huge THANK YOU to Applebee’s!

We look forward to hosting this event again in December 2012 and hope to see you all there!
